2018年11月14日,时值阿曼建国48周年、中国和阿曼建交40周年之际，中国女诗人刘瑛出席了在阿尔沙奇亚大学举行的赠书仪式，将她的诗集《阿曼的五彩石——瑛瑶诗集》赠送给阿尔沙奇亚大学图书馆作为馆藏书目。刘瑛在现场发言中提到，她的这本诗集展示了中国与阿曼关系的独特性，希望有更多的阿拉伯读者能够从这本书中感受到中国的传统文化和哲理智慧。阿尔沙奇亚大学副校长阿德·切迪德教授、阿尔沙奇亚大学教职员工和学生出席了活动。 《阿曼的五彩石——瑛瑶诗集》是一本中阿对照的诗集，由中国著名阿拉伯语翻译家王复教授翻译。书中收录了中国女诗人刘瑛的69首律诗佳作。尤其值得称道的是，作者在诗中描写了阿曼苏丹国的美丽风光和风土人情，流露出对阿曼的真挚热爱，歌颂了中阿两国悠长的友谊，连接起中阿两种文化沟通的桥梁。 《阿曼的五彩石——瑛瑶诗集》是一本中阿对照的诗集，由中国著名阿拉伯语翻译家王复教授翻译。书中收录了中国女诗人刘瑛的69首律诗佳作。尤其值得称道的是，作者在诗中描写了阿曼苏丹国的美丽风光和风土人情，流露出对阿曼的真挚热爱，歌颂了中阿两国悠长的友谊，连接起中阿两种文化沟通的桥梁。 附：作者演讲稿（中英文） 尊敬的副校长、来宾、朋友们、女士们、先生们！ 大家上午好！ 首先诚挚地感谢各位嘉宾来出席本次活动，我要特别感谢尊敬的副校长阿德.切迪德教授，尊敬的代表们，阿尔沙奇亚大学教职员工和亲爱的学生热情、慷慨的欢迎和款待，你们都是中阿文化交流和友好往来的支持者和见证者。 中国和阿曼的友谊源远流长，早在六世纪，著名的“海上丝绸之路”就将阿曼和中国紧密联系在一起。中国的广州港和阿曼的苏哈尔港被称为“海上丝绸之路”的起点和终点，“苏哈尔号”木船承载了千年来中阿两国人民的友好往来和深厚友谊。 我有幸在阿曼工作和生活十余年，这些年来，我深深感受到，阿曼在卡布斯苏丹的领导下，和平稳定、民风淳朴，在经济繁荣可持续发展的同时，阿曼仍保持着独特的阿拉伯自然历史风光。不论是造工精良的现代化皇家歌剧院、还是保存完好的千年naziwa 古堡；不论是传说中的世外桃源香格里拉酒店，还是“美若我江南”的萨拉拉古城，这些都化作一首首小诗，一一呈现在大家的面前。 中国是诗的国度，唐诗宋词是中华民族五千年的灿烂文明瑰宝。诗是心灵最美的语言，诗是沟通人们心与心的桥梁，诗为我们创造美好的精神家园，我们用诗来表达最美最真的情感，培养高尚的人生品格。阿拉伯民族也有着酷爱诗词的优良传统，阿拉伯诗词同样文化底蕴深厚，用词优美、意境传神，卓尔不群地屹立在世界文学之林。我这本诗集是首次开创了中文现代格律诗翻译成阿拉伯语的先河。而且很荣幸地能够被中国国家图书馆收藏。我想，无论是哪种文字，将我和读者联系在一起的是我们对中阿文化的热爱！ 今天，值此阿曼建国48周年、中国和阿曼建交40周年之际，我想向你们大家介绍一本我自己写的诗集《阿曼的五彩石——瑛瑶诗集》，以展示我们两国关系的独特性。我谦卑地把这本书赠送给阿尔沙奇亚大学的图书馆。我最大的愿望是，这本书可以为阿曼和中国之间的交流和交往起到更积极的作用。我相信文学的魅力不在于多么华丽的词藻，而正是发自心灵的声音，才会收到读者心灵的回应。我衷心希望有更多的阿拉伯读者能感受中国的传统文化与哲理智慧，不论是美玉还是古琴……这些来自中国的文化元素融汇古今，承载的都是人们对美好生活的向往与追求、坚守与赤诚！ 最后，我朗读收录在我诗集里的第一首诗《苏哈尔号》来结束我的发言，这也代表了中阿两国人民文化交流与互鉴的共同梦想：“千年再续丝绸路，友谊根深世代传”。 《苏哈尔号》 惊涛擎木船， 历险越千年。 一带中阿梦， 丝绸海上连。 谢谢大家！ —英文演讲稿— Honourable Vice Chancellor, Distinguished guests, Honored friends, Ladies and Gentlemen, I bid you avery good morning! Fitly, I would like to express my sincerestappreciation for your presence at this event today. I would like to thank the Honourable Vice Chancellor Prof. Fouad Chedid, distinguished delegates, senior membe of the faculty & beloved students of Al Sharqiyah Univeity for their warm, generous welcome & hospitality. Your presence at this event shows great support for strengthened cultural dialogue and friendly exchange between China and Oman. China and Oman's history of friendship go back to ancient times, as early as the sixth century A.D., the famous “maritime Silk Route” bound our countries tightly together, with the Guangzhou and Sohar ports in China and Oman once forming the origin and terminus of this thriving trade route. The Sohar dhow, an ancient trading vessel that once sailed the maritime Silk Route, is a deep reminder of the friendly exchanges and strong friendship that have existed between our peoples for more than a thousand yea. I have been fortunate enough to have lived and worked in Oman for more than a decade now. During this time, I have been deeply impressed by the peace and stability I have found here under the excellent leadehip of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, by the simplicity and generosity of the people, and by Oman’s ability to maintain the unique Arabian character of its natural and historical landscape over the coue of its ongoing economic development. Whether it is the exquisitely crafted and modern Royal Opera House, or the beautifully-preserved, millenniaold Nizwa Castle, the legendary paradise of the Bar Al Jassa Shangri-La Hotel, or the beautiful and ancient province of Dhofar, the wonde of Oman unfold before the eyes like so many enchanting poems. China, too, is a land of poetry. The vees of the Tang and Song dynasties are some of the greatest treasures from China’s five thousand yea of civilization. Poetry is the most beautiful expression of the human spirit, a bridge between souls, to create a spiritual home and a language that we use to communicate our truest, most genuine emotio, and cultivate noble character of life. Arab culture shares with China a great love for the poetic art. The Arabic poetry is also profound in cultural heritage, with elegant words, vivid mood, and stands erect in the Forest of world literature. I am therefore honored to have my anthology of poems become the fit time modern Chinese Metrical poetry tralated into Arabic, and it has been collected by National Library of China thereafter. No matter the language we speak or the characte we write, it is our love for the cultures of China and Oman that unite us. Today, on the occasion of the 48th anniveary of the Oman National Day, the 40th anniveary of the establishment of diplomatic relatio between China and Oman, I would like to introduce to all of you “The Colorful Stone of Oman – Beautiful Jade”, a book of poems written by myself, to showcase the uniqueness of our ties. I humbly present this book as a gift to the library of Al Sharqiah Univeity. It is my greatest wish that the book may serve to initiate more vigorous communicatio and exchanges between Oman and China. I truly believe that the beauty of literature lies not in the majesty of its language, but in its existence as an expression of the soul, as it is only this expression that can truly speak to the heart of the reader. Finally, I sincerely hope that my reade in Oman and the Arab countries can experience Chinese traditional culture and philosophical wisdom, whether it is through beautiful jade, or the lovely sounds of the Chinese guitar. All of these cultural elements carry with them the Chinese people’s desire for and neverending puuit of a better life. To conclude, I would like to read the fit poem in my anthology, entitled “Wooden Dhow of Sohar”. This poem represents the dream of greater cultural dialogue and mutual learning that the peoples of both our natio share: “The long Silk Route carries on through the millennia, uniting generation after generation in friendship”.
