      7月20日，全国第3届“福苑杯”大奖赛暨南京笔会颁奖盛典，在鼓楼区中山北路178号，原首都饭店，今华江饭店，热烈隆重进行。

      中华诗词学会办公室副主任王文，诗刊《中华诗词》编辑部主任卢冷夫、副主任胡彭、责编何鹤、责编张亚东、诗刊发行部主任郑欣，“首届十大导师班”学员漆章瓊等，接受央视特邀主持人来璐，现场报道采访。
